The 20th International Symposium on Metastable, Amorphous and Nanostructured Materials(ISMANAM 2013) will be held in Torino at the Torino Incontra Conference Centre on June 30 - July 5, 2013.

ISMANAM 2013 delegates are requested to register online via this website. The following fees apply:
◦Regular: within May 15, 2013: € 550.00; after May 15, 2013: € 650.00
◦Student: within May 15, 2013: € 350.00; after May 15, 2013: € 400.00
Regular and Student registration gives full access to all the Conference scientific sessions, the lunches, the welcome party, coffee breaks and the Conference tour and dinner. Additionally, accompanying persons who will register on site at the desk during the Conference days are granted access to the Conference tour and dinner: registration fee is of € 150.00 per accompanying person.
Registered participants will receive the login credentials for WiFi access at the Conference centre, through personal laptops or on-site Internet access points.
The registration process involves two steps which are described below. Both steps must be successfully completed in order to be registered at the ISMANAM 2013 Conference. Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or problems regarding the registration process.
Step 1. Submission of personal data
This step must be performed online via this website. The delegate is requested to provide his/her personal data (name, email address, affiliation, special food requirements for the lunches and the Conference dinner). Additionally, students are requested to upload a pdf file certifying their student status.
The delegate is then required to specify whether he/she needs an invoice or a receipt of payment. In order to receive an invoice, the delegate is required to provide additional information (Person, Institution or Company for invoicing, relevant address and VAT number). Either the invoice or the receipt will be delivered to the delegate email address after payment (step 2) has been successfully completed.
Step 2. Payment
Upon completion of step 1, the delegate will receive an email summarising his/her registration options. The email will include detailed information on the payment options:
◦online credit card payment, via a secure payment system; a link will be provided in the email which will direct to the secure payment web page. MasterCard and VISA credit cards are accepted. Registration fee and registration ID will automatically be filled. An email will be automatically sent on successful completion of the payment process.
◦bank transfer; the necessary details for performing a bank transfer will be provided in the email.
No additional payment options are available. For delegates who do not wish to use the above options, on site payment at the Conference desk will be possible, by cash (EUR currency, the fee valid after May 15 will be applied) and credit card (Mastercard and VISA only).
